The Spoken Experience: Rebellion

Focusing on the theme “Rebellion” all UC Merced faculty, staff and students are encouraged to submit original work in a spoken word format no longer than six (6) minutes. The submission, in addition to the selected theme, allows students/staff/faculty to actively engage in practicing their free speech rights, while potentially sharing stories about another time they exercised their free speech rights.
The Prizes will be gift card to the UCM Bookstore

TikTok: Words Have Power and So Do I

Submissions will be in the style of TikTok (one-minute videos) addressing the theme of words having power and how one have or uses their voice(s) to enhance, reimagine a thriving inclusive UC Merced community.
